It's great to be back on Nantucket for a third summer with the White Heron Theatre getting ready to open their brand spanking new theater building! My first show of the season with them was a reading of Napoli, Brooklyn, by Meghan Kennedy on which I assisted Gordon Edelstein, of Long Wharf Theater. It's a great big difficult play and we had some pretty fabulous actors including Edie Falco.
Next on the bill out here is assisting on The Velocity of Autumn by Eric Coble directed by Skip Greer. It opens the 29th of July and runs through August 14th, so if you find yourself in Nantucket (or on the cape or vineyard, close enough to ferry!) stop by and see it! It's a rich, dense, little show and I think the Nantucket community is going to really enjoy it and connect with it. Go to http://www.whiteherontheatre.org for tickets to the entire season!
